Attached are 2 surveys related to car safety features and seat belt use. I also attached them with Activities 1 & 3.
Both opened up good dialogue between my students and adults.

Dear Amy, Hope this finds you well and into the new year. Doing a unit on seat belts and your survey is really fantastic. I sort of fell through the cracks in the field testing, but still very much into viewing what everyone else is doing. I still tell my students about the "Southern Bell From Hell"
