Am I wrong or is this a confusing question? Both the tension and the string length would affect the frequency. Therefore, you could change the length and the tension without changing the frequency, as in question 3, "How would you change both the tension and the length and keep the frequency the same". So I guess the answer really should be that it would change the wavelength and likely change the frequency as well. It seems very confusing following question 3.
