In the “Extend” stage, students reflect on the activity and think about how they will transfer their new understandings to the challenge. What successes did your students have in making that initial transfer? Did you develop or locate any resources you would like to share with other teachers?

There are a number of interactive java websites on projectile motion which can be projected to the classroom front screen to enhance the student's understanding of the physics of projectiles.  One is The Physics Classroom.
