The What Do You Think question is meant to “Elicit” prior understandings and “Engage” students. What successes did you have in facilitating this?

I don't think that our track and field team has had a pole vaulter in the last five years.
Elicit:  I will ask the students what are some track and field events that our school competes in on a regular basis.
Engage: Showing Pole Vault video clip then ask students to proceed with WDYT? and FYTD.
