Did you have any problems with the “For You To Do” section?

Just as a reminder, when doing the chair part of the activity, it will go much easier if you tape butcher paper to the wall, and allow the studnets to use post-it notes to mark the path of the ball.  This allows the students to do multiple trials without "messing up" the paper.

Do you have any suggestions for safety concerns?  I have a rolling chair, but I also have crazy kids.  I am afraid to have them pushing each other around. HELP?

A white board can still work if you are in a pinch and can't find the  paper you need.

Scott,
Try doing the activity as a whole-class activity.

With respect to the wild and crazy kids on the chairs, try doing the acitivity as a whole-class activity.

Alan, with respect to the white boards, do you have a good source for white boards?

By white board, I meant my classroom white board that is mounted on the wall.  My chalk boards have been removed...
